Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Audit Senior will be responsible for independently handling audit assignments, supervising junior staff, and ensuring quality and timely completion of audit and assurance engagements in compliance with applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and finalize audit and assurance engagements
Lead and supervise articled trainees and junior staff
Review audit working papers and ensure completeness and accuracy
Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports
Ensure compliance with ICAN/ICAI standards, laws, and firm policies
Coordinate with clients and address audit queries
Assist partners in managing audit timelines and workloads
Identify audit issues and recommend appropriate solutions

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Professional Certification

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAN / ICAI)
Preference will be given to candidates who have completed articleship in Nepal
Strong knowledge of accounting, auditing, and taxation
Ability to manage multiple assignments independently
Good communication, leadership, and supervisory skills
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/audit software
