Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking for a CA/ACCA Members/Affiliates and MBA with a keen focus on learning and professional development for a seasoned consulting firm within the group of conglomerate, boasting over two decades of expertise, specializes in offerings such as organizational restructuring, capacity building training, due diligence, company valuation, business scaling up, tax advisory, etc.,.

Conduct audits of financial statements, examine records, assess internal controls, and ensure compliance with GAAP or IFRS.
Conduct comprehensive due diligence assessments for potential mergers, acquisitions, and investments. Analyze financial statements, business operations, and legal documents to identify risks and opportunities.
Provide tax advice and guidance to clients on various tax matters, including compliance, planning, and optimization.
Identify financial risks, including fraud and compliance issues, develop mitigation strategies, and improve financial governance.
Interact with clients to understand their business, provide advice on accounting, taxation, and financial management.
Plan audit engagements, determine scope, objectives, and procedures, supervise teams for efficient execution and timely completion.
Perform valuation analyses using various methodologies, including discounted cash flow, comparable company, and precedent transactions.
Evaluate financial performance, market trends, and industry dynamics to determine company valuation.
Stay updated on accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements, ensure audit engagements comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Mentor and coach junior staff, enhance their technical skills and professional development, provide guidance on complex issues.
