Job Description

  • Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales
  • Formulate HR planning in coordination with business departments.
  • Manage resource pools and coordinate in recruitments
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates
  • Coordinate and implement internal training programs
  • Calculate and process monthly payroll and complete necessary statutory compliances
  • Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
