Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Assistant Manager Sales for our office in Kathmandu. As an Assistant Manager Sales, you will be responsible for New business developing as well as retain the new customer, driving business growth, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is an on-site role that requires your presence in our Tripureshwar office, Kathmandu.

Qualifications

  • Proven 4-5 experience in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of logistics and supply chain management
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in sales or management is a plus
