Knowledge of cost/benefit analysis and feasibility assessment

Collaborate with the company and clients to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows
Support the development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements
Participate in information gathering and analysis sessions, owning specific areas of responsibility
Elicit, translate, and simplify requirements to ensure effective communication between stakeholders
Contribute to systems design by developing data dictionaries, data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, and other detailed deliverables
Collaborate with the implementation team to facilitate design sessions and define optimal solutions
Identify, document, and communicate issues and risks, proposing timely mitigation strategies
Prepare reports and presentations as needed to communicate findings and recommendations
Analyze the feasibility of new systems and enhancements to existing systems, ensuring they meet user needs
Stay updated on the latest process and IT advancements to identify opportunities for automation and system modernization
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
