KFA Business School an Academic wing of KFA was established in the year 2009. Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Program Coordinator - BHM. The successful candidate will assist the BHM Coordinator in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring smooth running of BHM programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in planning and implementing programs and initiatives that align with the department's goals and objectives
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, reporting, and correspondence
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to discussions 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Coordinator

Qualifications:

  • Should have completed Bachelor's degree in hotel management or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines and follows a process and structure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Should be self-discipline and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software

Morning Shift: 6:00 AM-2:00 PM
