Job Specification

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 2 years
Other Specification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field
  • 2+ years operations experience
  • Working knowledge of MIS, (particularly Excel)
  • Refined ability to delegate responsibilities and provide leadership and training to key personnel
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills both in English and Nepali (Hindi, Chinese a plus)
  • Possession of key competencies, including conflict management, business negotiation, organization and decision-making


Job Description

  • Preparing daily payment report and forwarding them to customers
  • Coordinate daily customer service operations
  • Maintaining individual account of caretaker and customer
  • Preparation and submission of invoices to the customer
  • Identifying key project risks and managing them to resolution, escalating them accordingly
  • Managing client issue related to the project
  • Overseeing all the financial matters, planning and making long term strategies for the growth and progress of the company
  • Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
