Job Description

  • Maintain banking relationships and identify opportunities to better utilize the organization’s bank services.
  • Monitoring the cash management process and determine accuracy of cash reporting.
  • Maintain cash flow by managing cash forecasting models and monitoring bank balances and cash requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Periodic collateral reporting and Consortium Agreements.
  • Undertake responsibility for the hedging strategy.
  • Develop, improve and document the foreign exchange processes and policies .
  • Responsibility over the intercompany loan environment, ensuring that loans are regularly reviewed.
  • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
  • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for Payable entries in ERP.
  • Responding to vendor enquiries regarding finance.
  • Continuing to improve the payment process.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc forecasting reports.
