Experience Required : More than or equal to 4 years
Other Specification
  • Minimum Master’s degree or equivalent with at least second division score.
  • At least 4 years work experience at officer level and above. Experience in conducting/delivering training program will be preferred.
  • Minimum age 35 years as of 21st April 2021.
  • Must have good skill in Microsoft application. 
  • Confident in delivering training both in traditional & virtual set up.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be comfortable with travel as per business need.

Job Description

Reports to: Training Director

Duty Station: Kathmandu

Main Responsibility:

  • To support Training Director in developing & delivering the overall Training Plan for the country.
  • To support manpower (Insurance sales representatives’) growth and development through effective training program across the country.
  • To equip distribution channels with fundamental insurance knowledge, practical competence, professional attitude and ethical behaviour.
  • Managing, designing, developing, coordinating, monitoring and conducting training programs.
  • Identify training needs, develop/ design relevant program, training materials and deliver training in the most effective way.
  • Measure & Maintain training programs’ effectiveness.
  • Prepare & Report training related MIS on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate within Distribution channels (Agency, Bancassurance & Group Business) and support Function to achieve desired training goals.
  • To carry out other task and duties as delegated by his Training Director.
  • Supervision of subordinates. Provide feedback to the Training Director as and when required for smooth functioning of the Function.
