Shivam Cements which was established in 2003 is a largest manufacturing Greenfield project in Nepal with an aim to produce 3000 TPD from the company’s self owned limestone. 

At present, where there are many other large companies to compete with, one may ask why Shivam and why not others? It is because Shivam cement, a public limited company with a minimum of 10 billion enterprises, is Nepal’s biggest and most modern cement manufacturing plant.  It is situated at the industrial hub Hetauda, where rapid infrastructural development has been witnessed over the years. Shivam cement has invested hugely on capitals, human resources, production processes, infrastructures, etc.

Job Description

  • To manage a sales accounting systems to achieve long-term success
  • To develop positive relationships with clients
  • To act as the point of contact and handle customer's and sales team requirement
  • To resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • To supervise sales account team to achieve the target
  • To report on the status of debtors accounts and transactions
  • To set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • To monitor sales metrics (e.g. periodic sales results and forecasts)
  • To assist in formulating actions, plan to superior to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Others as assigned by immediate superior
