• Support to develop the Country Public Affairs and Communication Plan
• Handle the Consumers/Customers related concerns as & when required and report to the concerned for proper response
• Execute IAT and IMCR process in coordination with different departments as & when required
• Support to development of External Affairs Plans to achieve Division, Region, Country and Corporate Business Objectives
• Management of PAC Budgets
• Support to Implement External Affairs Activities and other Activities
• Build relationships with all External & Internal Stakeholders/Managing plant visits when required
• Support CSR Projects; 5/20, Support My School, Water Recharge & PET Recycle
