Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager in the Human Resources department at Kavya Resort & Spa. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The Assistant Manager will also support the HR Manager in implementing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of human resources principles and best practices
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
