I-Pay Remit Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated on 4 NOV 2011 A.D. under the Company Act 2063 as per the Laws of Nepal. It took the Operating License from Company Registrar Office  and Simultaneously  took the Money Transfer  license from the Central Bank of Nepal (Nepal Rastra Bank ) to conduct business as a Remittance Company in pursuant to section 3 of Foreign Exchange (Regulation) Act, 2019. It is regulated by NRB the central bank of  Nepal.

I Pay Remit is the Fourth  biggest Player in Remittance Industry in Nepal bringing  Remittance from USA, UK, JAPAN, SOUTH KOREA, EUROPEAN UNION, Saudi Arabia, Qatar , UAE, Kuwait , Malaysia, etc. etc.

Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of Accounts, Finance and Treasury
  • Taking responsibility for the planning and execution of financial duties and projects of company, preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Drafting budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports required by regulatory authorities.
  • Managing risk involved in the financial activities of the business.
  • Estimating short and long term financial objectives by setting performance targets.
  • Compiling financial reports and supervising month end processes.
  • Preparation of Audit Schedules.
  • Periodic review of internal controls and procedures.
  • Providing training to staff members regarding financial processes.

Requirements:

  • CA/ MBA/MBS or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in senior financial position.
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Be an analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and stick to time constraints.
  • A good understanding of financial management obligations, especially statutory obligations and requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial planning Accounting software and MS Office.
  • The ability to work independently.
