Education:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountants from ICAN or ICAI / ACCA preferably having accounting or auditing experience at Hospitality sector

Experience:

  • More than or equal to 5 year experience in accounting /auditing of finance department in any reputed organization

Other Qualification:

  • Should be proficient in accounting software and MS Office package
  • Preference shall be given to those having prior experience in 5 star hotels
  • Candidate must have both strong analytical and communication skills
  • Relaxations in education qualification can also be made in case of impressive experience and abilities


Job Description

  • Overall management, operation and control of the accounting process covering financial and management reporting
  • Budgeting and forecasting, legal matters, internal control credit management, billing, capex evaluation, financial analysis and working capital management, tax, audit, corporate / statutory compliance
  • Strong knowledge of NFRS is must
  • Overall responsibilities of Finance Division (Account, Store and Costing section) of the company
  • Be responsible for the financial planning of the Company in close consultation with the CEO & FC
  • Should prepare financial statements, cash flow statement and MIS report monthly 
  • Be responsible to carry out adequate checks and controls regarding Cash, Inventories and Collection of Receivable and ensure that books of account are duly reconciled
  • Carry out promptly the decisions of the Board with regard to finance and accounts
  • Performance evaluation and taking disciplinary actions
  • Execution of other task as assigned by Financial Controller
