HIMALAYA MAHALAXMI TEA GARDEN PRIVATE LIMITED,DAMAK JHAPA

Himalaya Mahalaxmi Tea Garden Pvt. Limited, a reputed tea estate company in Damak, Jhapa, Koshi Province, Nepal, is looking for qualified, competent, and motivated candidates for the following position. The candidates will be responsible for the accounting and financial activities of the Tea estate and production factory of the company. The candidates must meet the following criteria:-

Position: Assistant Manager - Finance

Required Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Management.

Knowledge and Experience:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, production accounting and financial report writing field.
Candidates with experience in the tea estate industry and ability to independently manage and lead the Finance Department of the tea estate will be preferred.
Expertise in budgeting, implementing financial policies and procedures, and ensuring efficient control and utilization of financial resources.
Ability to make individual judgments to determine whether events or processes comply with law, regulations, accounting standards, and company standards. Ensuring the implementation of the management procedures and policies of the company.
Precision in preparing and reporting accounting, financial statements/ Profit and loss statements and taxation of the tea estate.
