Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Finance Officer to support daily financial and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, experience working with accounting software, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle all accounting transactions accurately and on time
Prepare Day Book, Journal Voucher, and Ledger
Maintain stock ledger and conduct daily stock reconciliation
Perform customer/vendor ledger reconciliation
Manage billing processes and perform accurate data entry
Carry out regular bank reconciliations

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Must have completed a minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
Strong knowledge and experience with accounting software
Good understanding of Journal, Voucher, Ledger, and Day Book
Strong knowledge of VAT and Stock Ledger
Good understanding of store accounting and procedures
Result-oriented and self-motivated
Proficient in MS Office, software, and basic networking
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
