Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant – Loan and Recovery to handle loan follow-ups, collections, and client coordination within the Kathmandu Valley. The role requires field visits for follow-ups and coordination with clients, making a valid two-wheeler driving license mandatory. Key Responsibilities

Loan Support:

  • Assist clients in the loan application process, including document collection and verification.
  • Conduct field visits to clients and showrooms for document verification and loan-related activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to process loan requests efficiently.
  • Maintain updated records of loan accounts and client communications.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding loan terms, payments, and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit reports on loan processing status, client follow-ups, and field activities.

Recovery Support:

  • Monitor overdue loan accounts and follow up with clients for repayment.
  • Conduct field visits, calls, and written communications to ensure recovery of outstanding amounts
  • Prepare regular reports on loan disbursements and recovery progress for management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in loan and recovery processes.
