Job Description

Reporting to: Head of Financial Management and Control

MAJOR FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Vouching and verification of books of accounts and records and supporting thereof
  • Observation of bank and loan statement and checking bank reconciliation statement
  • Observation of VAT reconciliation statement
  • Verification of vendor and contractor reconciliation
  • Ledger scrutiny
  • Check and review the agreements with clients, vendors, contractors, etc
  • Check and review of compliance of finance policy, HR policy and other legal statutes relevant with companies
  • Preparing draft observation report & reporting to Head of Internal Control
