We are looking for Assistant General  Manager- Sales who’s eager to lead our sales department on best practices for everything from generating leads, conducting effective follow-up, and closing deals. We hold our sales team to the highest ethical standards and expect you to do the same. Responsibilities

1. Overall Sales Management

  • Work directly with the General Manager and make recommendation on both short and long range sales, advertising, promotion and personnel plan.
  • Assist General Manager on expansion of business across the country by carrying out research on various geographical regions.
  • Analyze the local market conditions, the demographic situations and history of the previous sales.
  • Prepare and plan sales target and its achievement.
  • Present regular reports to management on sales activities and achieved targets.
  • Attend auto sales events and conferences to increase contact network and improve on sales knowledge in coordination with Sales planning and marketing in charge.
  • Keeps abreast of the Manufacturer’s current products, program and promotional novelties and/or those of the financial institutions. Ensure that the sales team is notified of any changes.
  •  Attend or organize weekly / monthly or as and when required meetings with personnel to discuss progress of sales operations and ways to improve quality of service and patronage.
  • Liaise with other departmental and discuss on the customer’s voice, demand or choice. Prepare and implement strategies with other departments for boosting sales and maximizing profits.
  • Assist with resolution of customer issues with purchased cars.
  • Implement systems to promote ongoing training, including weekly sales team meeting. Encourages team work in sales environment focused on the clientele, throughout the entire sales, delivery and follow up process. Come up with strategy on customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other task based on management requirements and instructions.

2. Sales to Government Agencies/Department/Tender

  • Keep regular watch to identify the vehicles needs of Government Agencies/Departments.
  • Assess the number of vehicles need and make sales plan accordingly.
  • Submit tender for supplying vehicles, and make necessary logistic arrangement.
  • Do regular follow ups of tender submitted till the tender awarded.
  • Visit regularly to government offices to maintain good business rapport with government agencies and departments.

3. Sales of Commercial Vehicles

  • Explore and open new routes for commercial vehicles on various geographical regions.
  • Visit to and interact with “Yatayat Samitees” to get the feedback about the vehicles sold and to explore vehicle needs and potential customers.
  • Keep abreast about government policies changes which may affect the business of the company to take precautionary business measures.
  • Ensure for timely collection of payment either through DO or PI, follow up frequently if required otherwise customers outstanding will be recovered from your salary or incentive immediately.
