Job Description

Royal Singi Hotel is looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of solid Front Office operations experience in a star rated hotel/resort. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office staff 
  • Ensure that all Front Office personnel are providing excellent customer service 
  • Monitor the accuracy of all Front Office transactions 
  • Assist in the development of Front Office policies and procedures 
  • Monitor and adjust staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage 
  • Ensure Front Office staff are properly trained and have the necessary resources 
  • Handle guest complaints and inquiries 
  • Facilitate communication between departments 
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
