Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Factory Operator to support our production team. The role involves operating and maintaining machines, assisting in production processes, mobilizing workers for various tasks, and working closely with senior staff to ensure smooth factory operations.

Reports to: Manager
Time: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor factory machines to ensure efficient and safe production.
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machines.
Mobilize and guide team members for various production-related tasks.
Assist senior operators and supervisors in daily operations.
Support the production department in achieving targets and maintaining quality standards.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Report machine malfunctions, breakdowns, or operational issues promptly to seniors.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve productivity and minimize downtime.
