Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Assistant Counselor to join our team at our office. As an Assistant Counselor, you will be responsible for providing invaluable support to our Counselors in delivering exceptional services to our students. Your role will involve assisting in the research and preparation of immigration and education applications, liaising with students and relevant authorities, and coordinating various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and gather relevant information for immigration and education applications
Prepare and organize documents for students' applications
Communicate with students and relevant authorities on behalf of our Counselors
Assist with the coordination and administration of various tasks related to immigration and education processes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date students' records
Stay updated on immigration and education regulations
Prepare reports and presentations as required
Contribute your ideas and insights to improve processes and enhance students' experience.

Remunerations & Benefits:

Depending on the Qualification, Skills and Performance Basic Salary for 1st 6 Months Ranges From Rs. 20,000 - 25,000/- (Performance based incentive is added)
50% of Basic Salary is Provided as Annual Bonus after 1 Year of Service in the condition of Service Continuation.
Health Insurance Coverage of up to 100,000/- after 1 Year of Service in the condition of Service Continuation at least for 3 Years.
Management of PF after 1 Year of Service in the condition of Service Continuation at least for 3 Years.
One time, snacks are provided.

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar field
Knowledge of immigration and education processes
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Proficiency in Google Products and other relevant software
Proficiency in using PDF Tools
