• Manage a team of content Catalog Enrichment Function who would be uploading/ updating  products listing for Key Vendors and Approval QC for the marketplace. 
• Review, Maintain, Control the Content Enrichment Function SLA, SOP within Content  department and cross functionally. 
• Manage and monitor the projects which would be part of content improvement (Data cleaning  for attribute, category, weight, warranty, return and refund, image etc.) to improve content  quality 
• Work on projects to improve overall content quality score 
• Build industry wise standard content guidelines for Catalog improvement 
• Communicate with development partners regarding current product and feature developments  and flag any discrepancies, roadblocks, derailments and any other issues that may arise. 
• Ship features that deliver high business impact. 
• Set quarterly OKRs and work with management team to visualize, provide opinions and  discuss on forward looking plans. 
• Work with all functional heads to discover new product opportunities for your backlog.
