Job Description

Business Unit: Integrated Mobility Solution 
Experience Required: 4-5 years 

Responsibilities:

1. Book Keeping related jobs

  • Updating of books with timely necessary entries
  • Salary preparation
  • TDS/VAT
  • Bank & parties reconciliation
  • Vendor/Customer ageing
  • Drafting of Balance sheet

2. Loan related process

  • Provisional/Project Financials
  • Minutes & request letter to various institution including bank
  • Loan renewal related works etc.

3. Import related works

  • Lc/TT related works
  • Co-ordination with suppliers/logistic companies
  • Other as per need
  • Vendor/Customer ageing
  • Drafting of Balance sheet

4. Loan related process

  • Provisional/Project Financials
  • Minutes & request letter to various institution including bank
  • Loan renewal related works etc.

5. Co-ordination with government body  like; Malpot, Naapi, Ward office etc. to get the job done

6. Other reports as asked by management on urgent basis etc.
