About the organization
Kohinoor Investments and Securities Pvt. Ltd. (KIS) was established by a tam of professionals. KIS was registered in 2063/64, under Nepal government ministry of industry with office of company registrar. Though it was registered in 2063/64, the operation of it was started only after obtaining the license from SEBON. NEPSE announced the vacancy for 27 stock brokers in 2007. More than 300 companies applied for the same and after the second round of the evaluation KIS succeed to get second rank among all. As a Depository Participants (DP), Kohinoor investment & securities Pvt Ltd with license from SEBON started its Demat services along with online dmat service from of 16th June 2015.

We are not only mediator for taking and executing stock listed in the stock exchange (NEPSE) of the clients, KIS also provide service of opening DMAT account, dematerializing of securities, dmat online service, pledge & release and other DP related jobs too.
