  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications.
  • Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
  • Excellent knowledge about all types of taxes
  • Working Experience in the Hotel industry would be added advantages for the position

Job Description

  • Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
  • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries and report
  • Analyze and review budgets and expenditures.
  • Could Monitor and review accounting process and system
  • Capable to prepare budget, payroll and tax matters
  • Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate measure.
  • Support to the department head to achieve  the departmental finance related objective.
  • Support to the Finance department head
  • Reesponsible to execute the asign responsibility
