  • Delivering training programs and ensures its smooth delivery.
  • Logistics support for all types of programs.
  • Edit program photos and post into Company's facebook page.
Administrative Roles
  • Procuring Goods and follow up for delivery of goods;
  • Ball Pens, Folders, Note Books, etc- needed items for program support
  • If needed memo raise and its approval.
  • Verifying its bills to forward in finance department.
Managing and maintaining hard copy of incoming and outgoing inventories in files as per

  • Office Use Requisitions
  • Repair & Maintenance- maintaining its log book
  • Electrical Maintenance, Plumbing Maintenance & Office Equipment Repair


Job Description

  • Ensuring product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover demands by maintaining re-order level.
  • Verifying Bills from concern vendors & forward to finance department.
  • Raise memo for Land line and cell phone payment - monthly basis
  • Printer Maintenance and its toner refill on timely basis- keep track record in excel sheet
  • Line Management of Cleaners
  • Coding numbers in Fixed Assets.
  • Procuring Mandala & Anti for Conference: Raise memo for Cash Advance and its approval.
  • Handling office keys and its log book
  • Supporting for immediate supervisor as per request
  • Perform physical verification of fixed assets and inventories on quarterly basis.
  • Printing related works. (Brochures, Staff ID cards, Visiting Cards, Calendar, etc.)
  • CIT updates and record management
  • Daily Reporting
