The "Art Director" should perform following jobs independently and under supervision:
- Co-ordinate the Design Department and taking full responsibility for all jobs pertaining to creative and art direction.
- Visualize, execute and translate briefs, received from Creative Head and Account Team into exciting, ground breaking creative under tight deadlines.
- Explore the realms of innovative thought and create hard-writing ad campaigns.
- Co-ordinate with various department namely marketing, production and finance in relation to client assignments.
- Maintain and set the highest standards of Creativity, Design and Print & Production with the best available resources in-house and out-source (printer, scanner, radio, television production and any other innovative media)
- Provide creative and innovative idea, design and concepts (i.e. Print, Press, Radio, TV, Online, and Outdoor)
- Provide art direction, drawing & illustrating, photography, and under take any other jobs/assignments reasonably given by the company.
- Check & ensure that all finalized designs have brand consistency and adhere design principles.
- Allocate priorities to different on-going projects in conjunction with Client Servicing Department.
- Control pre and post production, art directing, driving colleagues and designers to get the best results.
- Propose and explore new technique, tools and technologies to make creative team more efficient.
- As a team leader demonstrate and practice best to nurture, train and groom talents within the team like timely training, motivation
- To provide creative and innovative idea, concepts, graphic design & layout and to execute and track all print & production (I.e. Print, Press, Outdoor Media, Online etc.)
- Independently handle the assignment from idea to execution & manage the department. A good portfolio & track record is must.
