Roles and responsibilities of this job

Drive sales growth and market share in the assigned region by implementing regional sales strategies.
Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives and local distributors.
Expand the retail and distribution network, especially in urban and peri-urban areas.
Build strong relationships with channel partners, retailers, and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to adapt strategies.
Ensure the timely collection of payments and maintain credit control discipline
Provide regular sales reports and market insights to the senior sales leadership team.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 4 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. (Master's Preferred)
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in regional or area sales roles, preferably in FMCG products.
Proven ability to lead field sales teams and work independently.
Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the Kathmandu Valley and Bagmati Region.
