Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks within the assigned territory
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Identify new market opportunities and expand brand presence
Monitor competitor activities and report market trends
Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy business relationships
Conduct regular visits to dealers, construction sites, and project locations
Coordinate with the head office and regional teams for sales strategies and logistics
Promote technical knowledge and product training to clients and resellers
