Job Description

  • Responsible for entire set-up and execution of sales and marketing plan for the business
  • To maintain high sales and profitability while following a commercially sound business plan and company vision
  • Nationwide channel partner (distributors/wholesalers/retailers) build-up and management of solid professional relationship
  • Selecting, coaching, motivating and monitoring a professional sales team to execute and exceed goals and targets for overall growth
  • Outlines effective sales strategy and makes comprehensive financial analysis to study the feasibility and cost-benefit analysis of the plan
  • Makes informative and effective reporting MIS from the subordinates and reports to the  senior leadership team of the company
  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies;  analyzing trends and results
  • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand

Minimum Experience:

  • At Least 5 years of progressive experience in reputed FMCG Company
