Job Description

  • Generate sales lead and business opportunities to sell AAC Block by organizing sales visit. Recommend new prospects about solutions to substitute red clay bricks with AAC block
  • Establish contact and enhance relationships with household contractors, builders, dealers or distributors to generate sales for expanding existing business volume
  • Record sales and order information and maintain its copies. This includes entering figures into a computer system
  • Follow-up sales inquiries to maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients by providing information and guidance, as well as evaluate their feedback received from them
  • Monitor activity of competitors frequently about product specification, pricing, and their marketing strategies
  • Keep updated technical knowledge of AAC Block, its market situation, and business opportunities for AAC block
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstration programs, as and when required
  • Prepare daily progress reports of sales task. And, review your own sales performance via sales report of previous month, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Find ways to sell products in the face of a down market
  • All other activities as assigned by your Line Manager as and when necessary
