Job Description

  • Prepare and submit Target Achievement Plan and Weekly & monthly sales plan
  • Organize and monitor sales team and distributors performance
  • Implement scheme as per the guidelines
  • Availability of products at the right place
  • Prepare and submit competitor & industries analysis
  • Prepare and submit daily sales of distributors & scheme effectiveness report
  • Cooperate with dealer incharge, wholesalers and representatives of area allotted for the achievement of sales target
  • Measure distributors and staff performance according to set parameters
