Design and Planning:

• Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies.
• Prepare conceptual designs, schematic designs, and detailed construction drawings.

Project Management:

• Manage the architectural design process from concept to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants.

Code Compliance and Regulatory Approvals:

• Ensure that all designs comply with applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and other regulatory requirements.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.

Construction Administration:

• Provide construction administration services, including site visits, shop drawing review, and responding to requests for information (RFIs).
• Ensure that construction is in accordance with design specifications.

Client Communication and Collaboration:

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Present design proposals and obtain client approvals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Sustainability and Environmental Considerations:

• Incorporate sustainable design principles into all projects.
• Consider the environmental impact of building materials and construction methods.
• Advise on strategies for reducing the environmental footprint of buildings.

Tourism Project Focus:

• Specialize in architectural design for tourism projects (hotels, resorts, eco-lodges, etc.).
• Understand the unique requirements of tourism developments, including guest experience, operational efficiency, and cultural sensitivity.
• Incorporate local architectural styles and materials into designs to create a sense of place.
