Should have Bachelor degree in related field
Must have knowledge of CAD Drafting and Designing
Positive, result oriented and self starter
In depth knowledge of design software, both 3-D and 2-D Drawings
Confident and possess good personal and interpersonal communication skills
Able to work in team and support the team work
Competent and willing for frequent site visits
Candidates having 2 wheeler and valid two wheeler driving license will be highly preferred

Designing the building and develop detailed drawing both by sketches and by using computer aided design (CAD) application
Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects
Have a commanding character and courageous enough to implement his/her own design and idea
Have a sound knowledge of construction and alternative building materials
Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
Playing a part in project and team management
