Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Architect with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and interior design with site supervision, and strong knowledge of construction materials and design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural and interior designs based on client requirements
Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and visual renderings for projects
Conduct site visits and supervision to ensure designs are implemented accurately
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project quality and timelines
Advise on material selection, construction techniques, and design feasibility
Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in architecture and interior design

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Master’s degree or professional license is a plus

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the building construction or architectural design industry
Experience in residential, commercial, or institutional projects is preferred

Key Skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software, and Lumion
Experience in building design and interior design with site supervision
Sound knowledge of construction and interior materials
Basic understanding of water supply, sanitary plumbing, and electrical system design
Ability to create drawings, 3D models, and high-quality renderings
