Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Architects / Draftspersons. The ideal candidates will be responsible for developing architectural designs and preparing accurate technical drawings for ongoing and upcoming projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural concepts, designs, and project plans
Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders
Ensure designs are functional, aesthetic, and compliant with standards
Prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, and construction documentation
Convert architectural concepts into accurate CAD drawings
Support design revisions based on feedback
Use CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project teams
Revise drawings and designs based on feedback and project requirements
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
Maintain accurate and organized project documentation

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Diploma/Certification in Drafting, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience preferred
Experience in preparing technical drawings and CAD documentation
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional registration/license (for Architects, if applicable)
Experience in architectural or construction projects
Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations
Revit software proficiency is highly preferred
