Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

The selected candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality digital and print design materials while also assisting in day-to-day residential property management tasks. The role requires creativity, strong communication skills in English, and the ability to manage both design and operational responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging social media content, including posts, flyers, brochures, and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI-based tools
Manage and schedule social media postings to ensure consistent brand identity
Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual content assets
Support marketing campaigns with creative design ideas and execution
Assist in residential property management tasks such as lease administration and tenant coordination (training provided)
Communicate and collaborate effectively with international teams
Ensure timely delivery of design and operational tasks

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design with a strong digital portfolio
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI-based design tools
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and online collaboration tools
Willingness to learn residential property management (experience with PropertyTree is an advantage)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
