Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Manage client communication and facilitate meetings to lead and develop projects from early concept through design development
Design, draft and prepare detailed construction drawings of the given structure based on given information and instruction
Organize and manage permit documents
Assist and coordinate with senior architects, engineers, vendors and subcontractors
Prepare detailed 3D visualization (Building Information Management If required)
Acquire proper understanding of the requirements of prospective projects and projects at hand
Prepare Cost Estimates. Select and manage construction material samples and information to produce valid estimates
Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions
Visit sites to supervise and gather essential information.

Should be highly interested in new building technology solutions
Bachelors in Architecture
Should have good knowledge of Drafting Architectural and Structural drawings
Should have excellent Auto CAD, Sketch up knowledge. In addition must be familiar or ready to learn various project management tools
Must be able to quickly identify and solve problems to keep the project moving forward
Excellent computer skills (Ms. Excel):- For cost/ project estimation
Good Communication skills to deal with customers and professionals directly
Proactive & able to work under pressure
