  • Should have excellent knowledge, both theoretical and practical, on GDS platforms
  • Should have excellent knowledge, both theoretical and practical, on the domestic air ticketing portals
  • Should have excellent knowledge on the MS-OFFICE package
  • Should have a good knowledge-base in internet and information technology
  • 3-4 years working experience in ticketing premises
  • Being multilingual (apart from Nepal-based languages) will be an advantage
  • Having own vehicle is an advantage.

  • Handling ticket-related queries
  • Communicating with customers
  • Updating and managing flight aspects in website
  • Archiving customers and tickets & details for future reference
  • Dealing with airline companies and handling other B2B interactions
  • Operating GDS and domestic APIs
