Job Description:

• Supervise and assist in the loading and unloading of cargo at the airport ramp.
  
• Ensure cargo is properly secured, labeled, and handled in accordance with airline safety regulations.
• Collaborate with ground staff, airline personnel, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient and timely movement of cargo.
• Conduct inspections of incoming and outgoing cargo for compliance with security protocols and weight limits.
• Manage the transportation of cargo between aircraft and warehouse, ensuring proper procedures are followed to prevent any damage or loss.
• Oversee the acceptance and storage of cargo in the warehouse, ensuring goods are stored safely and efficiently.
  
• Verify incoming cargo for accuracy against documentation, checking for damages, and reporting any discrepancies.
• Organize and track shipments, ensuring that cargo is properly tagged, categorized, and ready for dispatch or delivery.
• Communicate with clients, airline companies, and freight forwarders to coordinate cargo delivery and acceptance times.
• Complete and maintain accurate records of all cargo shipments, including airway bills, shipping manifests, and customs declarations.
  
• Prepare documentation required for import/export clearance and ensure compliance with national and international cargo regulations.
• Update and manage data entry for all shipments in the company’s logistics and cargo management systems.
• Handle invoicing and payment processing for air cargo services, ensuring accurate billing and timely payment.Assist in preparing reports on cargo handling performance, volumes, and any incidents or issues related to cargo operations.
