Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for an experienced and visionary AI Lead to spearhead our artificial intelligence initiatives. This role involves leading AI strategy, managing data science and machine learning projects, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and drive the AI/ML roadmap aligned with business goals and product strategy.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI models and systems.
Mentor and manage a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI researchers.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to integrate AI solutions.
Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Ensure model performance, explain ability, fairness, and robustness in production.
Establish data governance standards, pipelines, and model monitoring frameworks.
Work with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities across the organization.
Conduct regular code reviews, technical planning, and architecture discussions.
Publish findings, contribute to patents or white papers when applicable.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus.
5–8+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices.
Solid understanding of NLP, computer vision, deep learning, and classical ML techniques.
Experience with data processing tools (e.g., Pandas, Spark), and model deployment.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven track record of delivering AI solutions in production environments.

Preferred Experience:

Experience working in [industry, e.g., fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, robotics].
Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, or reinforcement learning.
Contributions to open-source AI projects or academic publications.
