Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Job Summary
The Field Staff is responsible for promoting the products and services of Muktinath Fertilizer Chemicals Ltd. at the grassroots level by maintaining direct contact with farmers, farmer groups, cooperatives, agrovets, and local stakeholders. The position plays a vital role in creating product demand, increasing farmer awareness, supporting field demonstrations, collecting market intelligence, and strengthening the company's presence in the assigned area.
The Field Staff acts as the direct link between the Company and farmers to ensure adoption of the Company & fertilizers, crop nutrition products, and agricultural technologies.
