Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or related field.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in a related position in the NGO/INGO sector.
• Sound knowledge of Agriculture Research, Value Chain, and M&E of the project.
• Good coordination skills among different stakeholders to organize various types of capacity building training
• Must have experience in program development, management, and implementation
• Must have a good understanding of documentation and knowledge management
• Must be comfortable in being a pro-active member of the senior management team.
• Must be a professional who seeks to identify and communicate potential problems and alternative options.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills in English and Nepali.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
• Knowledge and experience of gender, climate change, disaster risk reduction, PSEAH, CPP, and safeguarding.
• Knowledge and understanding of diversity, and cultural and political sensitivities. 
• Local residents will be given high preferenes. 
• Two wheeler driving license will add an advantage.
