Education Level	:	Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required	:	Not Required

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture
Know how to communicate with team members
Knowledge of different types of soils, water, fertilizers, etc
Knowledge of operation of farm machinery and equipment
Knowledge of applying of herbicides
Good working knowledge of modern agriculture system such as hydrophonics and aerophonics
Good working knowledge on pest control
Good working knowledge on plant nutrients, seeds and other organic items
Must be organized
Be able to work effectively
Must have computer skills and know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Provide information or recommendations regarding ways to best use land, promote plant growth, or avoid or correct problems
Conduct experiments/research to develop new or improved varieties of various agriculture produce, focusing on characteristics such as yield, quality, nutritional value and commercial returns
Develop new or improved methods or products including modern techniques such as hydroponics, green house, climate controlled plantation areas, etc
Observe and record information about plants as directed
Operate greenhouse or climate controlled agriculture production facilities
Plantation and maintenance of commercially viable agriculture produce
Periodic review and onsite inspection of plantation areas
