SNV Nepal is looking to hire an Agribusiness Market Development Expert for their proposed Agri Business Innovation Centre. The expert should have extensive agri-business market development experience in value added food processing businesses. In addition the expert should have  :

• Minimum of ten years of business development experience with agro-processing companies in Nepal or South Asia. 
• Knowledge and experience with food safety, certification and regulatory requirements in Nepal and internationally. 
• Credibility with potential agribusiness clients and investors. 
• Private business sector management and financing experience and an entrepreneurial orientation. 
• Experience assisting growth-oriented SMEs in Nepal or South Asia and understanding of their needs. 
• Excellent interpersonal, business counselling, facilitation and team work skills. 
• Above average commitment, a focus on outcomes, and willingness to work longer than average hours. 
• Confidence, passion, and enthusiasm for the ABIC. 
• Extensive networks in Nepal with innovation, entrepreneurship and agribusiness ecosystem players
