Roles and responsibilities of this job

Review records/documents-write memos, summaries, legal research, prepare a draft and review legal documents, related to United States Law
The selected candidate will have the opportunity of work training related to United States Law
Conduct legal research and analyze legal documents.
Prepare a draft and review legal documents.
Analyze legal issues related to United States Law.
Prepare legal documents and provide legal advice.
Provide legal translation services.
Prepare reports and present findings.
Participate in client meetings and court hearings.

Microsoft word
Adobe Acrobat
Excel
Typing seep minimum 50 words per minutes.

Salary is more than local market (but will be based on candidates competency, qualification and skill)

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

LLB ( Either Nepal's Degree or United States)
An applicant must be Fluent in English language reading, writing, and understanding
Reading comprehension, critical thinking, Complex Problem Solving, Judgment and Decision Making
Negotiation, Persuasion, Writing, and active learning
Typing per minute minimum of 50 in English
License : Advocate license
