  • Must maintain precise records of all financial transactions with staff & clients.
  • Should be highly effective in ensuring staff discipline & getting all staff to work as a team for the smooth general functioning of the company.
  • Must interact with concerned staff to ensure all projects related to clients are completed on time.
  • Must coordinate with teachers & reception to ensure the smooth operation of all computer training classes.
  • Must maintain the attendance rolls of staff for the effective distribution of staff salaries on the basis of attendance at the work place.
  • Must overlook the overall maintenance of the office & ensure that no damage is done to office furniture & automation equipments.
  • Must maintain precise records of all financial transactions with staff & clients
