Geta Eye Hospital, one of the leading eye hospitals under NNJS, invites applications from qualified, dynamic, and result-oriented Nepali citizens for the following position.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the overall administrative operations of Geta Eye Hospital.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office administration, logistics, and facility management.
Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient service delivery.
Oversee personnel administration, including staff records, leave management, recruitment support, orientation, and performance documentation.
Coordinate procurement processes in accordance with NNJS policies and procedures.
Manage office assets, inventory, vehicles, equipment, and facility maintenance.
Organize meetings, workshops, official visits, and administrative logistics.
Prepare official correspondence, reports, minutes of meetings, and other administrative documentation.
Ensure compliance with NNJS administrative policies, labor laws, donor requirements, and other applicable regulations.
Provide administrative oversight, supervision, and coordination to secondary eye hospitals and eye care centers operating under the management of Geta Eye Hospital, ensuring compliance with NNJS policies, standard operating procedures, and quality administrative practices.
Coordinate with focal persons of secondary hospitals and eye care centers to strengthen administration, logistics, human resources, procurement, reporting, and institutional governance.
Conduct periodic monitoring visits to secondary hospitals and eye care centers, identify administrative gaps, recommend corrective actions, and submit monitoring reports to hospital management.
Support the Hospital Manager and Hospital Director in institutional planning, coordination, policy implementation, and organizational development.

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Management, Health Care Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
Preference will be given to candidates with a Master's Degree in Management, Health Care Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible experience in administration, office management, or hospital administration.
Experience in the health sector or hospital management will be an added advantage.

Required Competencies

Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of procurement, inventory, and office management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Strong report writing and documentation skills.
Good command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Age Limit

Male: Not above 35 years.
Female: Not above 40 years.

Salary and Benefits: As per the rules and salary structure of Nepal Netra Jyoti Sangh (NNJS).
