Netradham Eye Care Center Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled, qualified, and dedicated Optometrist / Glass Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good clinical and optical skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to patient care and quality service.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct eye examinations, vision assessments, and refraction.
Prescribe and dispense appropriate spectacles or contact lenses.
Cut, edge, fit, and adjust spectacle lenses and frames according to prescribed measurements.
Check lens power, measurements, alignment, and overall fitting quality.
Identify common ocular conditions and refer patients when necessary.
Operate and maintain optical edging, cutting, and fitting equipment.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Communicate professionally with patients regarding eye care and eyewear.
Coordinate with optometrists and optical staff to complete patient orders accurately and on time.
Maintain optical equipment, tools, and work areas in clean and proper condition.
Provide professional, compassionate, and quality patient service.
Follow clinic procedures and maintain professional standards.

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in Optometry (B.Optom) or Diploma in Ophthalmic/Optical Dispensing or relevant field.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience.
Good knowledge of eye examination, refraction, optical dispensing, lens fitting, edging, and frame fitting.
Ability to operate optical equipment.
Strong communication, patient-handling, and teamwork skills.
Good attention to detail and quality.
Responsible, punctual, professional, and team-oriented.
